Whose products do we offer?
Portman Asset Finance Limited act as an independent broker working with a wide range of lenders to provide you access to a range of competitive products. A list of all the lenders we deal with is available on request. Portman Asset Finance Limited has links with one of our lender panel members (Portman Leasing Limited). There are other lenders in the market that we do not deal with.
Which service will we provide you with?
We will ask questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide you details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us.
What will you have to pay us for our services?
As a Member of the NACFB, all NACFB Brokers have committed to fairness and transparency with regards to all fees. Once a Finance offer is made by a Lender to the Client following the Broker’s presentation to the Lender of a Lending Proposal, the Client will pay to the Broker a maximum Arrangement fee equal to 3% of the Advance Amount to be invoiced by the Broker and payable by the Client within 14 days of the date the funds are drawn down. The Arrangement Fee is only payable by the Client to the Broker if the Client decides to accept the Finance Offer and enters into a Finance Agreement.

What to do if you have a complaint
We aim to treat you fairly. We carefully consider the products we offer and we select them with our customers in mind. We work hard to make sure the information we provide is clear and understandable and that you are not misled.
